List your products

You get access to the MCF Seller Hub. Upload your product listings — our team reviews and approves them.

Step 03

Ship your first batch

Confirm your SKUs, quantities and shipping port. We handle customs and logistics from Poland. Your products go live on artificialflowers.eu.

Frequently asked questions

No. You can send LCL (less than container load), 20ft or 40ft — whatever works for your volume. There is no minimum container requirement.

You cover the transport and container cost to Poland. This is the only cost on your side.

We do. All import duties, customs clearance and local VAT are fully covered by us. You don't pay anything on the European side.

Joining the MCF Program is free. There are no subscription fees, no licensing fees and no upfront costs. The only fee is a warehousing charge for storing your products in our facility in Poland. The exact rate depends on the volume and is agreed before your first shipment.

Yes. You remain the legal owner of all products until they are sold. This is secured by a consignment agreement signed before your first shipment.

Every 14 days, by bank transfer in USD. You receive payment for all products sold in the previous 14-day period. No delays, no negotiations.

The floor price is the minimum price you accept per product. You set it. We never sell below your floor price without your explicit written approval. You can update it before every shipment.

After 120 days, you decide: we return the unsold products to you, or you approve a clearance price. It's always your decision.

Yes. Your products are fully insured from the moment they arrive at our warehouse in Poland until they are delivered to the end customer.
